Do I need any tech skills?
No. If you can explain your business to a person, you can use KoviSites. You describe it in plain words, typing or talking, and Kovi builds the site.
How is this different from other AI builders?
Other AI builders expect you to describe a website or an app, so you need to know what to ask for. Kovi only asks about your business: what you sell, how you work, what your customers need.
How long does it take?
Your first version is ready in about a minute. From there, changes happen as fast as you can ask for them.
What if the way I do things is unusual?

Can you move my old website over?
Yes. Tell Kovi where your current site lives, and it brings over your words, photos, and pages.

What does the AI assistant do?
It lives on your website and helps visitors around the clock. It answers questions, takes bookings and orders, collects deposits and quote details, and sets up callbacks.
Will it say things I wouldn’t?
It only answers from your site and your instructions. If it doesn’t know, it says so and asks you.
What happens with something tricky?

What if I need a change late at night?

Is it really free to start?
Yes. Every account gets free AI usage to build and refine your first site. You only pay when you go live.
How much is it once I’m live?
Two plans. Kovi Website is $15 a month, and Kovi Agentic Website is $29 a month. Pay yearly upfront ($150 or $290) and you get two months free. Both include hosting, SSL, forms, your AI assistant, Kovi’s help, and AI usage each month. Kovi Agentic Website includes twice the AI usage, plus 5 AI-generated images a month and website intelligence.
Is there a limit on visitor chats?
Chat is part of your monthly AI usage, and most sites never come close. If you do run out, your site stays online and the chat keeps taking messages, so you never lose a lead. You can top up any time.
What if I use up my monthly AI usage?
Your site stays online, and the chat on your site switches to taking messages so no lead is lost. AI edits pause until your usage resets on the 1st. Or top up any time: more AI usage is $10, and 10 AI-generated images are $5.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move from Kovi Website to Kovi Agentic Website anytime, without rebuilding your site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no contracts. If you cancel, your site stays saved as a draft so you can come back later.
How do I pay?
Securely through Stripe, by card. Invoices are always available in your account.
Domains & your site
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect one you already own, or ask Kovi to find and register a new one at the registration price shown at checkout. Or skip it for now: every site comes with a free address. Kovi handles the DNS and security certificate for you.
Do I own my content?
Yes. Your words, photos, and customer information are yours.
Does it work with tools I already use?
Tell Kovi what you use, like Square for payments, and it will tell you how it connects.
