A $40 deposit holds your time. It applies to your service total. No deposit, no chair.
Cancellations
Need to move your date? Reach out as soon as you know. Last-minute cancels forfeit the deposit so that hour isn't empty.
Late policy
Running behind? Say so. Past a short grace window, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled so the next client isn't waiting.
Hair prep
Come with clean, fully detangled hair — no heavy product. Eat first. Braids and locs are a sit. Kids should be fed, rested, and ready to be still.
